You can change the combination of coffees or upgrade your Capsules + Machine plan anytime by contacting our customer service (Mon-Fri 9:00am-18:00pm) and as long as it is 5 working days before the next delivery.
A one month notice and a machine recovery fee + administration fee shall apply for termination or downgrade of Capsules + Machine plan before the plan expires. Kindly refer to our sales terms and conditions for more details.
Yes certainly, for orders >20 boxes please contact our customer service team (Mon-Fri 9:00 – 18:00).
For the first order you can choose the delivery date and time slot. Same day delivery is subject to availability and only for orders placed before 10:30AM (Monday-Friday). After that delivery will be every month on the same day in accordance with the arrival of your first order.
