Yes, for the coffee capsules without a machine you can change the combination of coffees or upgrade/downgrade to another product anytime by contacting our customer service (Mon-Fri 9:00am-18:00pm). Please make sure to submit your change 5 working days before the next delivery to ensure that the adjustment is processed prior to the next delivery.
For the first order you can choose the delivery date and time slot. Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 10:30AM (Monday – Saturday). After that delivery will be every month on the same day in accordance with the arrival of your first order. One-off purchase is also always possible. You just let us know.
